Head of Retail Banking IT Solutions (Branch Automation & eChannels)

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Scope of Channels include Internet Banking, mobile banking, other web based services (bill payment and international payment), service channels such as back-office, Contact Centre, ATMs, RDs and RMs and emerging channels such as other hand held devises and other Product – Channel integration
  • Responsible for Strategy, Direction and Implementation of all Channels initiatives and transformation programmes
  • Responsible for Keep the Bank Running across all Channels servicing
  • Responsible for Customer Experience Design assurance across Channels.
  • Management of Value to investments and revenue oriented pipeline for Channels initiatives
  • Senior Stakeholder engagement and management to control user demand from across different business units.
  • Understanding Business Expectations, Delivery & Communication Management, Relationship Management, Application Vendor Management, Application Management, Unit Management,  Planning & Implementation.


Who we're looking for:

  • Must have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Sciences or relevant Discipline
  • Must have 10-12 years of extensive amount of experience in Financial Services industry at a senior management level, leading large-scale multi-million transformational projects in Technology Architecture, Strategy, Operations, and Solutions Delivery for Retail Banking Channels
  • As this role sits in IT, we are looking for someone who is close to Technology (preferably Hands-On) and possess that capability to align IT with the Business.
