Our client, a multi-billion turnover group which is headquartered in Dubai is looking for an Independent Board member for two of their operating entities that are based in Jeddah – KSA.

The primary responsibilities will be as follows:

• Advising on strategic plans, participating in evaluations and monitoring the financial affairs of the operating entities. 
• Prepare for board meetings, attend them regularly and actively participate in them.
• Approving audit reports, budgets, and business decisions.
• Participating in the evaluation of business operations and executives.
• Knowing the organization's mission, programs, policies, and needs.
• Keeping up with issues and trends that affect the organization.
• Contributing to the development of policies and strategic plans.
