Our client – A large local bank is looking to recruit a Head – CIS & Türkiye Coverage position under their Corporate Banking department located in Dubai.

This Corporate department looks after International clientele and is considered highly esteemed by due to its large ticket-size transactions covering Corporate & Investment banking products.

Overview:

We are looking for a senior-level corporate coverage banker who is expected to head clientele relationships based in Central Asia region & Türkiye.

Key responsibilities include:

• To manage and develop the portfolio by targeting Corporate & Government entities.
• Develop strategic alliances and business development in the assigned region.
• Act as primary point of contact for the client and manage relationship at a senior level.
• To work closely with Transaction banking (Cash & Trade), Investment Banking (M&A, ECM, DCM, Project Finance, Loan syndications, etc.) & Treasury teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients banking needs.
• Achieve the business revenue growth goals of corporate through sales initiative, development, by acquiring new relationship within corporate.
• To appraise and manage business risks within the assigned segment / territory, ensuring, proper risk mitigation, proper structuring of facilities by reviewing credit proposals before having it send across to Risk team.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
